- Homes will require a percentage of stone or brick on street facing views
- Homes will adhere to grading and drainage requirements set out in the approved building grade plan
- Homes having a front driveway will be concrete
- Homes with front verandas and railings will require, a painted, pre-finished, or metal clad finish matching the trim of the structure
