Architectural Controls
The vision of Aurora Heights Management is to bring continuity to the community from our starter homes to the higher end properties which we believe will enhance and maintain equity value for years to come.
- Homes will require a percentage of stone or brick on street facing views
- Homes will adhere to grading and drainage requirements set out in the approved building grade plan
- Homes having a front driveway will be concrete
- Homes with front verandas and railings will require, a painted, pre-finished, or metal clad finish matching the trim of the structure
